Our top grade, tree ripened Ataulfo Mango, known as the "champayne of the mangos" is smaller, more golden and smoother than most varieties of mango, with flesh so soft it almost melts. Grown in the tropical highlands of Mexico, where the fruit ripens slowly in heat and shade, it carries the tone of affection and sun-fed stillness. Every bite speaks of ripeness, tenderness and embodied sweetness.
