Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across the United Kingdom and throughout Sydney, Australia. Orders can take between 1–5 working days. If a specific delivery date is required, please leave a note at checkout.
Will my fruit be ripe when it arrives?
Every box is packed daily and curated to include fruits at varying stages of ripeness. Some will be ready to eat immediately, while others may need 1–2 days at room temperature to reach their peak. This is intentional, so you can enjoy your fruits over several days.
What if my fruit arrives damaged?
Get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with photos of the affected item(s). We will always rectify any issues without delay, whether that's a replacement or a refund. Contact us at issues@thefifthorchard.co.uk or call us via telephone.
Where do the fruits come from?
We work with only Grade One Fruits, sourced from highly skilled elite growers and traditional farmers in remote tropical regions who have cleanly cultivated fruit for generations. We source from countries including Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Australia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Ecuador, Italy and many more.
Do you supply businesses, hotels and events?
