Atemoya is a hybrid between Cherimoya and Sugar Apple, created to thrive in warmer, lowland climates while retaining the softness and sweetness of its mountain-born lineage. Its flavour is tropical and bright, with creamy flesh laced with hints of custard, sugar and hints of pineapple. Grown naturally in mineral-rich soils, we select our atemoyas from trusted farms in Taiwan, Israel, Brazil and Australia, where the trees flourish under balanced sun and clean water.
